Brush/Rescue 65 is a dual-purpose vehicle that responds to both emergency medical calls and grass and field fires. Brush/Rescue 65 was purchased in 2001 at a cost of $138,000. Brush/Rescue 65 carries a variety of medical response equipment including a heart start defibrillator and basic emergency medical equipment. Brush/Rescue 65 carries one 250  foot section booster (red) line hose, 200 feet of 1 inch forestry hose, and a front mounted turret capable of putting 65 gallons of water per minute on a grass or field fire. Brush/Rescue 65 carries 250 gallons of water and is capable of pumping 250 gallons a minute.
